Custom Toys
Can you make me a custom toy?
At the moment, we do not offer custom toy designs for individual consumers. However, we are open to opportunities to assist others in bringing their toy ideas to life. Please contact us to discuss further.
At the moment we are not offering custom toy design services on a regular basis.
Do you offer custom colors?
Unfortunately, we do not provide custom color options at this time.
Do you offer marbled, fading, or split color?
We are looking at opening up custom orders Q4 2023 in time for the holidays.
Do you offer sparkles/glitter/mica powder in your toys?
Along with marbling, fading, and split colors, we are looking at opening up custom orders, including these features, Q4 2023 in time for the holidays.
Product Features
Do you offer integrated suction cups on your toys?
We do not currently offer integrated suction cups as an option for our toys. We have preliminary testing underway, but nothing affirmative yet.
Are your toys vac-u-lok compatible?
No, our toys are not vac-u-lock compatible. However, we are actively researching this feature and aiming to incorporate it in the future. If you would like to contribute to our knowledge on this topic, please send us an email.
Firmness Options
What is the difference between firmness?
00-30 and 00-50 refer to shore hardness values - a standardized scale ranging from 0 to 100 that defines the hardness of a material.
00-10 being really soft, similar to a fresh gummy bear or lifesaver.
00-100 being really hard, similar to the rubber sole on a dress shoe.
Both 00-30 and 00-50 are pliable, squishy and bendable with the biggest difference being a level of ease that comes with these actions when applied to the 00-30 compared to the 00-50.
Do you offer softer materials?
We will be releasing softer materials to accommodate new and larger toy variants.
Do you offer firmer materials?
Beyond some curiosity, there hasn't been much, if any, requests for firmer materials beyond 00-50; therefore, we do not have plans to release harder materials at this time.
Do you offer material tests?
We do not offer material tests at this time.
Shipping
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes, we always provide discreet packaging for our products. The only identifiable information on the box will be the return address required by USPS. Can I request a signature on a delivery?
Certainly! During the checkout process, leave us a note that you would like us to require customer signature, and we will be happy to add that to your shipment.
Payment
What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. This includes prepaid cards.
Do you accept crypto currencies?
Currently, we do not accept crypto currencies as a valid payment option.
How does a purchase show up on my bank statement?
When purchasing through our website, you bank statement will identify the purchase as "OWO" for privacy.
Our Etsy shop, on the other hand, will show up as 'ETSY OWOTOYZ'.
Can I purchase discreetly?
Tes, by using a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, you are able to keep your purchase private and hidden from your bank statements. Alternatively, Etsy Gift Cards can be used in our Etsy shop.
