Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

This Return Policy describes how and when OwOToyz (“I”, “me”, my”)  will process a return, exchange, or refund request. Additionally, as an Etsy seller, I am expected, by Etsy, to provide a return, exchange, and refund policy. I always aim to meet your expectations with regards to providing you the product(s) you order as described; however, I’m mindful of the risk of human error within the manufacturing and shipping processes. Please inspect your packaging and toy upon receipt. In the instance you identify a product defect (i.e. a rip, a cut, a puncture, etc.) that jeopardizes product integrity or order defect (i.e. incorrect design, color, firmness, size) the following policies may apply to you:

Return Policy

I do not currently have the facilities to process returns, yet may accommodate the return of a product in special cases such as a suspicious or outstanding defect. This defective product may be used in the development of processes to prevent future occurrences.

Exchange Policy

You will have 7 days from the time you have received your order to contact us requesting an exchange for a replacement product that satisfies the original order.

Based on this information we reserve the right to approve or deny a replacement.

We encourage you to provide as much detail when beginning this process.

If the exchange is approved, we will ship you a non-defective replacement product.

Refund Policy

You will have 7 days from the time you have received your order to contact us requesting a product refund. We will require photo evidence of the defect, product, packaging, etc. to help identify root cause so that the proper parties can be held responsible. More than likely, in this situation, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) as well as shipping. 

Policy Fulfillment Requirements

We will require photo evidence of the defect, product, packaging, etc. to help identify the root cause so that the proper parties can be held responsible. Any defect created by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
The manufacturing process is still developing, please understand that, for example, the trimming marks on the bottom of the product do not qualify for defects unless it directly affects product integrity; therefore, I have the right to deny a return, exchange, or refund if the defect in question is a result of manufacturing processes (e.g. trim markings) that do not diminish product integrity. Purchases through Etsy are also beholden to the buyer and seller policies.
