This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy outlines how we handle return requests and strive to provide you with a quality customer experience. Keep in mind that this return policy may change occasionally, but we'll always indicate the revision date at the top of the page. We appreciate your understanding that, while we aim to provide products as described, human errors can occur during the manufacturing and order fulfillment process. While we do not currently have a dedicated return facility, we may accommodate the return of a product in special cases where a suspicious or outstanding defect is identified. Your feedback helps us improve our processes and prevent future occurrences.
If you encounter a product defect jeopardizing the product integrity or an order defect such as an incorrect design, color, firmness, or size, you have 7 days from the time of receiving your order to request a refund. To initiate the refund process, we require photo evidence of the defect, including the product and packaging. This helps us identify the root cause and hold responsible parties accountable. In most cases, we will refund the cost of the product(s) as well as the shipping fees.
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can request an exchange for a defective product that fulfills your original order. Please provide detailed information when initiating the exchange process. We reserve the right to approve or deny a replacement based on the information provided. If the exchange is approved, we will ship you a non-defective replacement product at no financial cost to you.
Policy Fulfillment Requirements
To ensure a smooth return, refund, or exchange process, we require photo evidence of the defect, including the product and packaging. Please note that defects created by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. As we continue to refine our manufacturing processes, certain factors like trimming marks on the bottom of the product may not qualify as defects unless they directly affect the product's integrity. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny a return, exchange, or refund if the defect in question is a result of manufacturing processes that do not diminish product integrity. For purchases made through Etsy, additional policies set by the Etsy buyer policy & seller policy will also apply.
