Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order to the address you provided during checkout. We will then process and produce your goods within 5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to be delivered by USPS within 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks for your goods to be delivered from the shipment date (this may be more prevalent with international orders).

Plain Packaging
Your order will be shipped in unmarked, plain kraft brown packaging, and kraft brown reinforced wet tape without any reference to the contents inside.
Anonymized Sender
The return address on the package will display the first three letters of our company name, 'OwO' as well as the address from which we operate.
Confidential Labels
We use discreet shipping labels without logos or product details, preserving the privacy of your purchase.
Tracking and Updates
You will receive a tracking number and delivery updates while keeping the contents of your package private.
Inspecting Your Package
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the goods for any damage to the packaging, such as punctures, slashes, or tears. If you notice any suspicious damage, we recommend recording a video or taking pictures during the unboxing process. This documented evidence will greatly assist us in processing any return requests - please see our return policy page for more details.
